2016 Halloween Fundraising Event
Past Events
E-Unique run Music and media workshops and mentoring for young people; giving support to those with young people and individuals with disabilities to provide an inclusive environment. Their integrated workshops have a friendly and fun atmosphere where young people can reach their full potential.
“Eugenia Unique (now E-Unique) came about because my name is different and also I am unique myself. I have so much passion for disabled people to go into the industry they want, in the music world. I wanted to put my political side onto the music spin. I always wanted to do music, I always looked up to Stevie Wonder and I thought, you know what? If he could do it, so can I.”
“This is the whole point because they face a lot of barriers. A lot of critics don’t believe in disabled artists: a lot of images about sex selling, about looking a certain way. And I just thought: ‘You’re so negative!’.
“I just wanted to design a project for them and get them the right bookings, the right management team, the right songwriters to work with and also people mentoring them through the process to get to that stage.
“I wanted to teach the music world what they need. This is part of Eugenia Unique: to do campaigning and also to do workshops, so people can relate to Eugenia Unique. And also seeing that I’m there, that I’m a voice for them and don’t be scared because I’m there to fill in the gap that other managers couldn’t.”

James Mchugh has been donning the facial hair of late, in support of E-unique and to help his peers to give them extra access to enrichment activities. james a has been a consistent ember of the group since it started its workshops. James has always been a positive aspect of the the group and wanted to give a little back to the project. So with the support of his family he volunteered to grow his facial hair for a whole month without shaving – something he has never done, so this is a challenge!!! Working to raise money to give help to people with limited opportunities, learning and physical disabilities. The money he raised will help Eugenia unique with small projects like Music workshops, producing music at studios, engaging student in language and communication, art and more. E-unique aims to address social aspect of people with disabilities or people that are socially disadvantaged or limited chances of employment to build confidence via enrichment activities. addressing the needs of the diverse array of people that E unique is helping to support like that of James Mchugh who is showing that he is also helping to support us and we thank him for the support and the money he has been able to raise for his peers.
